We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in Hollywood, Florida. The individual will be involved in various legal activities, including litigation, case management, and document management, within a law firm environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of cases and making regular court appearances.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of litigation matters, primarily focusing on plaintiff cases.

• Attend court appearances to represent clients effectively and professionally.

• Conduct comprehensive case management, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and within set timelines.

• File briefs and other legal documents in a timely and accurate manner.

• Utilize case management software to maintain and update all case information.

• Leverage skills in civil litigation and claim administration to resolve complex legal issues.

• Handle complaint handling processes, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and 3M for document management and conveyancing activities.

• Stay updated with any changes in the consumer electronics industry that may affect client cases.

• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Requirements • Possession of a valid and active license to practice law.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Attorney/Lawyer.

• Proficiency in using 3M and Adobe Acrobat.

• Familiarity with Case Management Software and Conveyancer.

• Strong skills in Document Management.

• Proven experience in Briefing and Civil Litigation.

• Ability to handle Claim Administration tasks efficiently.

• Proven experience in Complaint Handling.

• Knowledge of Consumer Electronics is desirable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of professional ethics and integrity.

• Excellent negotiation and people skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to keep abreast of legal developments.
