Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Holmdel, New Jersey

Description We are seeking a experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting complex project analyses for both project development and operating forecasting. This role also involves conducting research, supporting business managers, and developing financial modeling tools in the renewable power industry. Responsibilities: • Conduct multiple assignments involving complex project analyses for project development and finance • Handle multiple assignments involving complex project analyses for operating forecasting and analyses • Perform research and studies on rates of return, depreciation, and investments to present recommendations to management • Support Business Managers in managing existing power generation projects • Monitor and report on project performance • Develop financial modeling tools to manage and forecast cash flows • Ensure conformance with all contract requirements • Support the company's due diligence efforts • Conduct regular information exchange with senior management, project lenders, outside partners, and other interested parties • Assist in the development, approval, and implementation of project budgets. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Experience with Budget Processes is essential

• Should have a deep understanding of Finance principles

• Needs to have skills in Financial Modeling

• Knowledge of Compliance protocols and regulations is necessary

• Familiarity with Waterfall methodology is required

• Ability to conduct Cash Flow Analysis is crucial

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential

• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a necessity

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required

• Prior experience in a senior financial analyst role is preferred

• Knowledge of financial software and databases is a plus

• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask effectively

• Strong organizational and time management skills are needed

• Must adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.
