Description
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring positive patient experiences by providing excellent customer service and support. You will be responsible for effectively communicating with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals in both English and Spanish to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate seamless interactions.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from patients, family members, and healthcare providers.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding healthcare services, appointment scheduling, and billing inquiries.
Assist patients in navigating healthcare processes and understanding their benefits and coverage.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and [Second Language] (written and verbal) is required.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with healthcare terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
