Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in South Hadley, Massachusetts. The role primarily involves supporting our database conversion project, working with a high volume of confidential files and utilizing Microsoft Excel extensively.
Responsibilities:
• Support the data management team by performing high-volume data entry tasks
• Use Microsoft Excel to generate basic reports and manage data
• Handle confidential files with utmost care and responsibility
• Assist in the launching of a database conversion process
• Maintain a highly organized file system for efficient data retrieval and management
• Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and take appropriate action when necessary
• Resolve any customer inquiries related to their credit applications or records
• Ensure all data entry tasks are performed in a timely manner to support the efficient running of the operation Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is vital for this role
• Demonstrated ability in Customer Service
• Proven experience in Data Entry
• Proficiency in Email Correspondence
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files
• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately
• Experience in Scanning documents
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Prior experience in High-Volume Data Entry is preferred
