Robert Half International Talent Acquisition Coordinator in HOMESTEAD, Pennsylvania


Our client east of the city is a non-profit organization that is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to help with recruitment. The position could turn from temporary to full-time for the right candidate. The Human Resources Assistant will be required to work onsite, and COVID safety measures are in place. The onsite staff if small and social distancing is in effect in the office.

The duties of the role include but aren’t limited to managing job postings, tracking applicants in their ATS, and assisting with the application and onboarding process.

  • At least 2+ years of HR related experience desired, or Master's Degree in lieu of the experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

  • Capability to interact with all levels of staff in a rapidly quickly changing environment while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor

  • Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Foundational knowledge in Onboarding

  • High volume recruitment experience

  • Solid understanding of HR (Human Resources)

  • Proficiency in HR compliance

  • Social media experience

  • Past experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
