Requirements
We are looking to add the following people to our team:
Senior Accountant
Must possess solid communication, technology, organizational and analytical skills.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Requires at least three years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Prefer candidates who have a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and/or accreditation such as certified public accountant (CPA) or certified management accountant (CMA).
Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued.
As a Senior Accountant your responsibilities will build from your prior experience/core competencies while developing tertiary and new skills. Project duties are likely to include:
Financial statement preparation
Month and year-end close
Maintaining the general ledger
Process automation
Assisting with client system implementations
Staff Accountant
Must possess solid communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Candidates should possess conceptual knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Requires at least one year of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Strong technology skills are critical, particularly expertise with MS Excel (preferred experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued.
As a Staff Accountant your responsibilities will build from your prior experience/core competencies while developing tertiary and new skills. Project duties are likely to include:
Financial statement preparation
Month and year-end close
General ledger
Adjusting journal entries
Assisting with client system implementations
Accounting Clerk
We are seeking a dual-specialty Accounting Clerk with experience in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
The ideal candidate must possess solid communication, customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills. A minimum of one year of relevant accounts payable experience is required, which should be paired with a strong competency in using technology, particularly MS Excel. Prior experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software is highly desirable.
In this role, your AP responsibilities will build on your prior experience and core competencies in full-cycle accounts payable processing, account reconciliation, backlog management, and assistance with month and year-end close.
Simultaneously, your AR functions will encompass accounts receivable processing, billing/invoicing, collections, creating current aging reports, and account reconciliation.
This position provides a unique opportunity for accounts payable clerks looking to expand their skill set into the receivables realm.
