Robert Half Accounting Manager/Supervisor in Honolulu, Hawaii
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in HONOLULU, Hawaii. In this role, you will oversee all accounting operations, manage budget and forecasting activities, and ensure fund allocations are carried out accurately.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all accounting operations to ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported
• Initiate and maintain effective budget and forecasting activities to aid in financial planning and decision-making
• Oversee fund allocations to ensure resources are distributed effectively and according to the organization's policies
• Conduct financial reporting and strategic planning to support the organization's growth and development goals
• Utilize various accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to perform accounting functions efficiently
• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and on time
• Conduct regular auditing of financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Oversee billing functions to ensure invoices are issued and payments are received promptly
• Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, to discuss financial data and reports with team members and stakeholders
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines to ensure the smooth operation of accounting functions. Requirements • Familiarity and proficiency with Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in using BlackLine
• Knowledge and experience with Concur
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ability to manage all accounting functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Knowledge and understanding of auditing procedures
• Experience with billing functions
• Open to candidates with 0 or more years of experience in a similar role.
