Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk - Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.

We are looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to the Honolulu Team of Full-Time Engagement Professionals.

· Must possess solid communication, customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

· Requires at least one year of relevant accounts payable experience

· Strong technology skills are expected, particularly comfortability with MS Excel. Prior experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software preferred.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk your responsibilities will build from your prior experience/core competencies while developing tertiary and new skills. Project duties are likely to include:

· Full-cycle accounts payable processing

· Account reconciliation

· Managing a backlog in AP

· Assisting with month and year-end close
