Description
Fully remote Accounts Payable Specialist with a team located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role involves managing all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:
• Processing invoices and reconciling vendor statements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Managing outgoing bills and invoices to ensure accurate and prompt payment to vendors.
• Resolving any accounts payable issues swiftly, responding to both vendor and internal inquiries.
• Keeping accurate records of all Accounts Payable transactions.
• Assuring confidentiality of all organizational information.
• Reporting to management on any outstanding issues or potential risks.
• Handling additional duties as assigned in support of the finance team.
• Utilizing accounting software systems effectively for data processing.
• Leveraging ERP solutions for efficient management of accounting functions.
• Ensuring accurate check processing and expense reporting.
Requirements
• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience in Data Processing
• Understanding of ERP Solutions
• Competency in Accounting Functions
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in Check Processing
• Ability to handle Discrepancies
• Familiarity with Expense Reporting
Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.
