Robert Half Accounts Receivable Clerk in Honolulu, Hawaii
Description
We are looking to add an Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to the Honolulu Team of Full-Time Engagement Professionals. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk your responsibilities will build from your prior experience/core competencies while developing tertiary and new skills. As a full-time employee of Robert Half, you will appreciate the advantages that accompany a position with a FORTUNE 1000® corporation. You’ll be placed on engagements, but as a permanent employee of Robert Half we look for a one-year commitment to the team. Duties:
-Invoice Preparation
-Prepare and review invoices for accuracy.
-Scanning Invoices
-Daily Cash Reconciliations
-Reconcile daily cash receipts with outstanding invoices
-Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
-Process incoming payments and prepare bank deposits
-Maintain deposit records and documentation
-Handle incoming phone calls related to accounts receivable inquiries
-Provide excellent customer service to address customer questions and concerns
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in accounting or finance preferred.
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of accounting principle
