Description

We are offering a unique contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. This position will be based in HONOLULU, Hawaii. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our team. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintaining customer records.

• Manage email correspondence with customers, responding promptly and professionally to all incoming emails.

• Schedule appointments as necessary, coordinating with other team members and customers to ensure efficient scheduling.

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create documents, manage data, and organize correspondence.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

• Ensure all customer information is up-to-date and accurate in our system.

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team and ensure efficient operations.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong customer service skills and experience.

• Proven ability in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

• Capability to handle data entry tasks accurately and swiftly.

• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and effectively.

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
