Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Honolulu, Hawaii

Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in HONOLULU, Hawaii. This role is based within the non-profit sector and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our team, including answering calls, managing data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service

• Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring all parties are informed

• Process and maintain confidential client data with utmost accuracy

• Handle payments from clients, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately

• Assist with the preparation of letters, reports, and certificates

• Maintain comprehensive lists of all clients using Microsoft Excel to prepare reports

• Use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence and reminders for important deadlines

• Manage a diverse range of tasks under pressure, ensuring all duties are completed in a timely manner

• Provide support to staff and clients, fostering a respectful and efficient work environment

• Assist with additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling inbound outbound calls effectively

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Demonstrated ability in data entry

• Proficiency in email correspondence and managing professional communication

• Excellent scheduling skills, with the ability to manage and schedule appointments efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Ability to perform administrative tasks effectively

• Experience in a non-profit environment is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of professionalism and integrity

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks or challenges.
