Description
We are in search of a Call Center Specialist to become a part of the team in the Public Relations industry located in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States. This Call Center Specialist role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The Call Center Specialist job involves working with computer programs, CRM, and customer service software, as well as making outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
• Operating various computer programs to manage customer accounts
• Utilizing CRM software to maintain and update customer records
• Providing excellent customer service to answer queries and resolve issues
• Making outbound calls to engage with customers
• Using Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions based on their status.
Requirements
• Familiarity with computer programs and Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Proficiency in customer service software
• Ability to assist customers, answering queries and solving problems
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
