We are looking for a data-driven expert who has great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment. You will be expected to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have rapid and error-free typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist opportunity for you! This short-term temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Honolulu, Hawaii area.
How you will make an impact
Inspect reports and sheets of data
Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
Submit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
Search the internet for information
Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources
Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Consistent typing accuracy
Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
Excellent oral and written communication skills
1+ years of related experience
Knowledge of data entry
Strong familiarity with typing 45 - 60 words per minute
navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired
Microsoft Word experience
