Robert Half is currently looking for a Financial Aid Analyst for an Educational Institution. As the Financial Aid Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing financial information submitted by applicants to determine eligibility for financial assistance in accordance with established federal and college standards and guidelines. Management and coordination of student loans
Receipt of scholarship checks
Timely processing of federal funds to students per Federal regulations
Assist with annual audit schedules
Provide excellent customer service
Collections and cash management
Provides clarification of the educational institutions policy and procedures related to financial aid.
Other duties as assigned by Financial Aid Accountant
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field
One year of loan collection or customer service experience
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Evaluates and ensures procedures for compliance with federal state, local institutional laws and regulations.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask
