We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst located in Honolulu, Hawaii with a hybrid schedule. The primary function of this role is to support the finance department in the retrieval, analysis, and reporting of data to assist management in making well-informed financial decisions. Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and reconcile data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.

• Maintain and update medical and drug utilization reports and dashboards, including reviewing and reconciling the data used in these reports.

• Conduct healthcare trend analysis using data from various sources and report results.

• Support the management and calculation of vendor and provider payments and maintain an accurate record of these payments.

• Prepare monthly payments and reports.

• Provide data and analytical support for department and organizational initiatives.

• Balance key financial metrics and review, reconcile, and interpret financial data.

• Prepare accurate reports of financial and healthcare data and present findings.

• Perform other duties and/or prepare other reports as assigned.

• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with policies, and state and federal laws, rules, and regulations regarding confidentiality

Requirements • Applicant should possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software is necessary.

• Demonstrated knowledge in handling Accounting Functions is required.

• Prior experience with Budget Processes is expected.

• Proficiency in Expense Reporting is a must.

• A strong understanding of Finance is necessary.

• Ability to perform Account Analysis is required.
