Description

A thriving entertainment company located in Honolulu is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Onsite Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all front desk activities, including incoming phone calls, visitor reception, and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner, and inform the relevant team members of their arrival.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the correct individuals or teams.

  • Assist in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and welcoming office environment.

  • Coordinate meetings, manage scheduling, and prepare conference rooms.

  • Assist with event planning and coordination.

  • Maintain front desk security and visitor log.

  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Understand and be able to provide information concerning all company operations and functions.

  • Support the office manager and other departments with various administrative tasks as needed

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Coordinator, Receptionist, or similar role.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with diverse groups, such as clients, senior-level executives, and colleagues.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly customer service oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
