Description

We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team in the Dentistry industry based in HONOLULU, Hawaii. As an HR Generalist, you will be instrumental in handling a wide range of HR functions, ensuring compliance with local and federal laws, and working closely with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Work on the design, scheduling, and execution of suitable training programs, including coaching and career guidance

• Oversee HRIS to enhance HR efficiency, maintain data integrity, and improve user experience with software systems

• Handle recruitment processes end-to-end, including HR reporting and documentation

• Manage all benefit plans, ensure proper record keeping, and liaise with other departments for audit purposes

• Supervise payroll processing and ensure accuracy

• Handle company-wide salary reviews, salary surveys, and administration of the incentive program

• Offer counseling and problem-solving assistance to both managers and employees

• Assist in creating and updating departmental manuals

• Analyze work processes, suggest improvements, develop policies, procedures, and forms, and provide administrative HR support.

Requirements • Candidate must hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Proven experience in the role of HR Generalist, ideally within the dentistry industry

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is necessary

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Extensive knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce systems is required

• Experience in managing Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Thorough understanding of Compliance within HR practices

• Strong skills in Employee Relations

• Knowledge of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity

• Strong organizational and time management skills are required

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
