Description
We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of HR processes, including employee relations, recruitment, and training and development. Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to manage employee relations effectively
• Lead recruitment efforts through sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Use HR systems proficiently, such as Ceridian Dayforce, to manage HR tasks
• Exhibit strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Apply your experience in employee relations and HR sourcing to support our HR functions
• Use your knowledge of training development processes to create impactful learning programs
• Adhere to Human Resources best practices in all aspects of your work
Requirements
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience in using Ceridian and HRMS software
• Ability to use About Time for time management tasks
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration
• Demonstrated understanding of Compliance requirements in HR
• Proven skills in handling Employee Relations
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting
• Ability to manage, organize and update relevant HR data
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Relevant HR certifications would be an advantage
