Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join an Educational Organization in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a welcoming contact for students, parents, and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive environment. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a warm and business-minded manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.

  • Assist with inquiries and provide information about the organization's programs and services.

  • Manage student attendance records and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Coordinate with administrative staff to schedule appointments and meetings.

  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in an office environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Friendly and positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of educational programs and services.

  • Familiarity with student information systems.

  • Experience in an educational or non-profit setting
