Robert Half Sr Analyst of Compensation in Honolulu, Hawaii

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity based in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Sr Analyst of Compensation, you will function as an integral part of our team, managing performance systems, forecasting personnel budgets, and collaborating closely with HR and Payroll teams to implement salary and benefits adjustments. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compensation strategy

• Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages

• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations

• Offer consultation to HR and company leaders on compensation-related matters

• Manage executive compensation, including fringe benefits, and prepare reports on compensation trends

• Conduct job evaluations and administer salary structures

• Lead and participate in projects related to compensation reforms

• Utilize HRIS (e.g., ADP), Performance Management System (e.g., Cornerstone), and MS Excel to manage and analyze data

• Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to the organization's mission, vision, and core values

• Handle a series of marginal duties related to compensation administration

• Use skills in auditing, CRM, and bonus program administration to enhance compensation administration processes and ensure accuracy in budget processes.Sr Analyst of Compensation

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a related role within the High Tech - Electronics industry

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is mandatory

• Experience with CRM systems is required

• Proven track record in auditing, with a focus on compensation and benefits

• Familiarity with Bonus Program and Budget Processes

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential

• Demonstrated expertise in Compensation Administration

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

• Must be able to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required

• Familiarity with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
