Description

We are searching for a dynamic and proficient Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our client's team. As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will not only manage the recruitment process from beginning to end, but also take charge of maintaining and improving our job descriptions and creating policy and procedure guidelines.

The successful candidate would be expected to possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of our company's recruitment requirements and ensuring these are met effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of the recruitment process including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating reference checks and employment offers.

  • Interpret and analyze employment trends and strategies to ensure competitive recruitment plans.

  • Develop and rewrite job descriptions to align with the company's evolving needs and to attract the right talent.

  • Write, implement, and enforce policy and procedure guidelines to ensure compliance and effective operations within the company.

  • Collaborate with department managers to understand role requirements and objectives.

  • Promote the company’s reputation.

  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Proven work experience as a Full-Cycle Recruiter or similar role.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, HR databases, LinkedIn, and job boards.

  • Strong experience in rewriting job descriptions, policy, and procedure guidelines.

  • Ability to manage multiple positions by prioritizing tasks efficiently.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

  • The Full-Cycle Recruiter will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and will contribute to making critical decisions regarding the hiring of new staff members, the addition of new roles, and the implementation of new operational protocols.
