Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms
Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements
Using digital recruiting resources
Providing support with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
Shaping internal recommendations
Administrating various administrative duties
Highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
Adeptness in sourcing recruitment
Command of Recruiting Activities
Demonstrated knowledge of Volume Recruiting
Proficiency in Recruiting Efforts
Recruiting Functions experience preferred
Solid understanding of recruiting
General familiarity with Full Cycle Recruiting
Experience with high volume recruitment
Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
This position is best for someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
