Our client, a national real estate/property management company seeks a Manager of Financial Reporting to join their dynamic team due to growth! The Manager of Financial Reporting will work with a team to complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements for a real estate company. The successful Manager of Financial Reporting will perform the following duties:
Assist with the preparation and review of corporate consolidations.
Assist with the preparation and review of GAAP financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Review of bank and account reconciliations and journal entries.
Review the annual fixed asset close process.
Manage the relationship with external auditors.
The successful Financial Reporting Manager will possess the following qualifications:
3+ years of public accounting or financial reporting experience in a publicly traded company.
Real estate or property management experience a big +
Degree in Accounting required
Yardi or similar (MRI etc.) a big plus
