Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Specialist in the IT Consulting industry, located in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting our product design efforts and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design of SaaS/web or mobile applications with a minimum of 3 years of experience

• Use UI Design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or related design and prototyping tools

• Maintain familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS3, JavaScript)

• Adhere to accessibility and usability standards in design

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organizational skills

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of work

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and clients

• Utilize Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration software systems proficiently

• Work in an Agile development environment

• Provide customer support and service using Database, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, About Time, and Active Directory software.

This role offers a hybrid schedule and requires local candidates at this time. Requirements • Proficient in Database management and operations

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with Microsoft tools including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience with 'About Time' software

• Understanding and experience with Active Directory

• Proficiency in Computer Hardware operations and troubleshooting

• Strong customer service skills and experience in a customer support role

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced IT consulting environment

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
