Robert Half Product Designer in Horsham, Pennsylvania
Description We are in the process of hiring a Product Support Specialist for our IT Consulting team based in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including the design of SaaS/web or mobile applications and the maintenance of complex workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop SaaS/web or mobile applications using UI Design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or related design and prototyping tools
• Maintain a portfolio demonstrating strong analytical skills and excellent interaction design
• Apply strong understanding of responsive web design principles using front-end technologies like HTML, CSS3, JavaScript
• Maintain exceptional organizational skills, managing several projects simultaneously
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met in all designs
• Maintain a positive attitude and work as a team player
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Present ideas and designs effectively
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration software systems in managing tasks and projects
• Work within an Agile development environment. Requirements • Possess strong experience with Database management and operations
• Proficiency in EO/IR systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with About Time software for project management
• Knowledge of Active Directory for network management
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Hardware
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional Customer Support
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under stress and prioritize among competing tasks
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and self-direction
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethics
