Description We are on the search for an experienced Product Manager to join our IT Consulting team, based in HORSHAM, Pennsylvania, United States. This crucial role involves taking charge of the billing aspects of our platform and influencing its future direction to meet the dynamic needs of our customers and the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Set the product vision and roadmap by analyzing market trends, collecting user feedback, and working closely with stakeholders to define and evolve the product vision.

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the challenges and workflows of behavioral health professionals and practice managers, translating this understanding into intuitive and efficient product features.

• Utilize your experience in Health IT and behavioral health to understand the specific needs and regulations within the behavioral health domain.

• Display agile leadership and cross-functional collaboration, prioritize work with our POs and designers, and collaborate seamlessly with our engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.

• Make data-driven decisions by leveraging user data and analytics to measure product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide feature prioritization.

• Communicate the product vision and strategy to all stakeholders, both internally and externally, through exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrate a passion for making a difference in the mental health care space, believing in the power of technology to improve lives.

• Use skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, About Time, AB Testing, Customer Service, Design, and Engineering to execute tasks and projects. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is mandatory

• Demonstrable experience in Cloud Technologies is required

• Must have working knowledge of CRM systems

• Familiarity with Database management is essential

• Experience with EO/IR systems is a plus

• Proficiency in About Time software is necessary

• Experience in AB Testing is crucial

• Must possess excellent Customer Service skills

• Design skills are essential for this role
