Develops and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Work in close cooperation with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Product Specialist
Drives project planning
Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product
Betters to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests
Co-operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
Plans and governs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments
Arranges the daily stand-ups, assuring they are focused, timely, and brief
Assists to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
Cooperates with Product Owner/Product Manager to assure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are evident and realistic
Sets forth project with accurate ticket workflows and boards
Congregates details from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into a proposal
Foster the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
See to it that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met
Defines the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Interacts and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members
Grants detailed reporting to management on project status, milestone completion, and risk assessments
In charge of deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Work together to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager
Contributes as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies Requirements - Excellent oral and written communications skills
Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management
- If you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, you can succeed in this position
navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
Candidates with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools will be the best fit for this position
Applicants should have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Applicants with a Project Management (PMP) certification are preferred.
