Robert Half is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a can-do attitude to be a part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing team. You will take charge of a number of different office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. Do you love pivot tables, mail merging, and presentation design? A long-term contract /contract to hire opportunity, this Administrative Assistant opportunity is located in the Houston, Texas area.

Key responsibilities

  • Back various projects for other employees

  • Complete word processing, filing, and faxing

  • Answer telephone calls and return voicemails

  • Greet and instruct visitors

    Requirements - Quality experience with Review Invoices

  • Good understanding of Typing Data Entry

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs

  • Earlier work involving Computer Data Entry

  • Skills in numeric data entry

  • Practical knowledge of Prepare Invoices

  • Microsoft Office SharePoint Server experience

  • Well-founded grasp of QuickBooks

  • Wide ranging experience with data entry

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365

  • General familiarity with Enter Invoices

  • Administrative Office experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools

  • Previous experience working with Perform Data Entry

  • Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

    • Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Ability to use the internet for research
