What you get to do every day
Own and execute technology implementation projects
Take down, pack, transport and set up/install on site
Track equipment inventory and collaborate on potential purchases
Install printers, and troubleshoot and repair issues
Provide frequent and effective communication with ticket submitters
Record daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions or installation activities
Handle all imaging and preparation tasks for new computers
Ensure sound electronic data records by adhering to company quality standards
Communicate with suitable vendors to coordinate needed repairs
Take down, box and ship equipment that is outdated
Help test functionality and support end users
Service a variety of computer hardware, diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and refurbishing PCs, laptops, monitors, servers, and other IT equipment
Complete PC-to-PC data transfers and troubleshoot software/hardware and break/fix
Requirements - 3+ years of experience with PC and Mac hardware and software, and an understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WAN
Audio Video experience highly desired
Practical knowledge of Live Production
Well-founded grasp of Video Production
General familiarity with Video Equipment
Audio Amplifiers experience desired
Proficiency in Audio Equipment
Audio Conferencing experience required
Audio System experience
Proven knowledge of Audio Visual
Quality experience with Event Production
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
An understanding of networking such as switching and routing is preferred
A certification in CompTIA A+ is mandatory
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
