Description We are offering an opportunity for a Back End Developer to join our team in the service industry, based in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on the development and maintenance of software applications using .NET technologies and other related skills.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of SQL databases to support application development

• Develop and maintain software applications using C#, .NET technologies, and .Net Core

• Create and manage Windows Forms applications for efficient user interaction

• Participate in the migration of payment processing systems, ensuring smooth transitions

• Develop and integrate APIs to facilitate seamless communication between systems

• Implement and manage dependency injection to enhance application modularity and testability

• Ensure the security of applications through appropriate measures such as hashing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance the team's skills and product quality

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes and code to ensure transparency and ease of future developments Requirements • Proficiency in Visual Basic .Net (VB.NET) and C# Sharp is essential.

• Must possess a strong understanding and practical experience in Dependency Injection.

• The ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently when required.

• Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug back end applications.

• Excellent communication skills are key, both verbal and written.

• Should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies would be beneficial.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in a service industry role would be advantageous.

• Should be dedicated to maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge and skills.
