Description Houston Energy Company is hiring a Compensation & Benefits Manager. Must have 10+ years of heavy benefits and an SME. Will manage a team of 2+ Benefit Analysts in a Shared Service Environment for over 20+ divisions with 5000 employees. Must have in depth knowledge of legislation related to Benefit plans, and extensive retirement plan experience, including 401K, medical, life, etc.
