Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative
Location: Downtown / Galleria area of Houston, TX
Job Type: Contract/Contract-to-Hire
Summary:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish to clients and customers. This role requires fluency in both languages, as well as proficiency in Excel, particularly in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS. You will be the main point of contact for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner, both in English and Spanish, via phone, email, and chat.
Manage and prioritize incoming customer requests and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
Utilize Excel, specifically Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS, to analyze data and generate reports as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and order details in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members, departments, and vendors to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
Follow company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Participate in training sessions to continually improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and Excel proficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is required.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or contact center environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS, is required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
Professional and positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
