Looking for Billing Specialists.

Invoicing for Hydrocarbons (Fuels and Asphalt) in SAP out of our Houston Office.

Loaded into SAP with BOL (Bill of Lading), volume, material location and pricing available. The role requires problems resolving skills. Working with the refinery in Billings Montana and IT to resolve issueS and then processing the invoice to release from SAP. Support roles for existing staff in Houston but also supporting a remote team in Canada.

Skills:

SAP experience

2 + years billing / invoicing

Problem solving skills

Interpersonal skills as the role will likely be interfacing with the customer.

Hydrocarbon experience is a plus as the products are all moved in railcars and truck with volume in gallons, barrels and tons.

Familiar with hydrocarbon terminology is a plus.
