This temporary to hire Billing Clerk is based in the Houston, Texas area.
Major responsibilities
Gauge billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary
Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data quality and consistency
Build financial controls and procedures
Requirements - Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Skilled in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Excellent data entry skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong familiarity with Dispute Resolution
Billing Functions experience preferred
Microsoft Excel experience highly desired
Foundational knowledge in customer service
Comprehensive knowledge of billing
