As a Brand Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, and for driving brand revenue. The successful candidate will plan, develop, and direct the marketing efforts for a particular brand or product. Key Responsibilities:
Work with other teams (product, sales) to develop detailed brand strategies.
Predict sales and marketing trends and make recommendations to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Conduct research and analyze brand performance, brand competitiveness, and trends.
Create and manage to-go market marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze brand KPIs.
Develop and execute promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption.
Requirements
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management.
Exceptional understanding of marketing dynamics and marketing strategies.
Superior analytical skills, research proficiency, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications.
