The candidate reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and manage project life cycle from requirements to delivery. The candidate is also required to develop and update project implementation plan, coordinate resources and provide status updates to various stake holders. An ideal candidate should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the financial services, collections, or related industry experience. The candidate should be familiar with databases, technical concepts, agile methodology and their applicability to business.
The candidate works on problems and solutions of varying scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. The candidate exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Incumbent handles most problems and issues independently and determines course of action for ambiguous issues.
Normally receives minimal instructions on non-routine work assignments and only general instructions on new or more complex assignments. Decisions are made independently. Assigned multiple projects are generally reviewed after completion.
Contact is typically coordinative in nature and involves exchanging detailed and/or sensitive information. The candidate will deal with both internal and external contacts.
