Description
Shad Lira is recruiting for a privately held client that has a specialty in the construction space. This CFO role in the Houston area will lead the finance and accounting team for this growing organization. Company has been growing organically and is spreading its domestic footprint by opening multiple locations. This role will be a leader that will bring a strategic mindset, have the ability build a credit facility and lead treasury to bring a visibility for sound cash flow, understand the construction process from beginning to end and be able to partner senior leadership to help bring sound business advice to the table. This Chief Financial Officer candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, 12 plus year’s accounting experience, previous CFO experience leading a company of 100 million and above, previous construction experience and CPA is a plus. Company's compensation make up is base salary, bonus potential and benefits.
