Description Growing Company in the West Houston area is seeking a Collections Specialist to add to the team! Ideally seeking an individual who is bilingual in Spanish/English. Must have 5+ years solid business to business Collections experience, handling a large portfolio of 500+ clients. Strong negation and rapport building skills are required! Will be responsible for following up with customers about past due invoices, discrepancies and any adjustments or actions. Must have excellent communication skills, as well as intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and experience working with a large ERP. Will be responsible for goals, keeping a low DSO and reporting updates weekly and monthly.
