Description Our Client is searching for an experienced Construction Project Lead. The selected candidate will take charge of our construction projects across multiple markets in the United States.
Lead Construction project managers to ensure adherence to construction timeline standards. Review and manage all upcoming construction projects, tracking and reporting status from site approval to grand opening.
Maintain and develop relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Negotiate accounts and cost reduction initiatives.
25%+ travel and maintain project cost estimates and reports and present to leadership. Bachelor's degree required and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
