Description
Our client, a family-owned business, specialized in fabrication and machine parts is looking for a Controller!
Great opportunity for an Accounting Manager that has knowledge of day-to-day AR, AP, Payroll with the drive to use that experience to take on a Controller role.
The role seats in their office NW of Houston.
Responsibilities:
overseeing all financial functions of the company
preparing financial statements
controlling budgets
managing internal controls
analyzing financial data
implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability
oversee AP/AR and payroll
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
Well-rounded Accountant, will do everything from journal entries to consolidation and reporting
Leadership and bookkeeping skills
Various systems experience
Experience out of manufacturing or fabrication is preferred
