Robert Half International Database Coordinator in HOUSTON, Texas

Key responsibilities

  • Provide effective coordination of donor relations database (currently Raiser’s Edge), including data entry.

  • Supporting front desk and receptionist duties

  • Administer donation program, including processing gifts, preparing acknowledgment letters, and responding to gift inquiries.

  • Continuously and proactively improve the quality of constituent data, and accurately incorporate new and updated information into the database.

  • Partner with accounting staff regarding gift entry and posting, fund creation, gift restrictions, and audit reporting.

  • Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of all users.

  • Emphasize proper formatting and style when drafting correspondence


  • Gift Processing experience

  • Raiser's Edge experience required!!

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Records Management

  • Adeptness in Records Management

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Raiser's Edge

  • Proficiency in Donor Database

  • Ad Hoc Reporting experience

  • Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

  • Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

  • Demonstrated ability handling office equipment

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • 2+ years of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested

  • Word and Excel experience is desired

  • Applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent

  • Strong organization skills
