Robert Half ERP Integration Manager in Houston, Texas
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an ERP Integration Manager in Houston, Texas. The primary function of this role involves leading the integration efforts of our ERP systems and ensuring that all business procedures and applications align with our business requirements. The ERP Integration Manager will work closely with various department heads, stakeholders, end users, and partners to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the ERP system.
Responsibilities:
• Leading ERP integration projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to comprehend system requirements and objectives.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans related to system changes and updates.
• Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of the ERP system modules and functionalities.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of data migration tasks.
• Conducting ERP system training for business users to improve system adoption.
• Resolving issues and performing troubleshooting related to the ERP system.
• Monitoring system performance and carrying out necessary updates and enhancements.
• Ensuring adherence to organization's IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Documenting all ERP integration processes and changes. Requirements • Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Prior experience with Epicor and Epicor ERP
• Ability to conduct AB Testing
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Proficiency in creating Business Requirement Documents
• Demonstrated experience in Change Management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and integrate systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
