Robert Half ERP Integration Manager in Houston, Texas

Description We are looking for an ERP Integration Manager based in Houston, Texas. This role is critical in leading the integration efforts of our ERP systems and ensuring alignment between business procedures and applications. This role will be a contract-to-hire, long-term opportunity that requires a strategic approach to manage all aspects of ERP system integration, including planning, design, configuration, and testing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of ERP system modules and functionalities.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand system requirements and objectives.

• Manage ERP integration projects ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

• Oversee the execution of data migration tasks and ensure their completion.

• Develop comprehensive project plans related to system changes and updates.

• Conduct ERP system training for business users to foster system adoption.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP system.

• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and enhancements.

• Ensure adherence to organization's IT policies, procedures, and standards.

• Document all processes and changes related to ERP integration. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)

• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Technologies is necessary

• Strong knowledge and experience in CRM systems is required

• Proficiency in Epicor and Epicor ERP systems is essential

• Must have experience in AB Testing

• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) is required

• Familiarity with Business Process Functions is necessary

• Must have experience in creating Business Requirement Documents

• Change Management skills and experience are essential

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required

• Must have the ability to work in a team and to lead and inspire team members

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically are necessary

• Must have a proactive approach and the ability to work independently

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are required

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

• Relevant certifications and training are considered a plus
