Robert Half HR Coordinator in Houston, Texas
Description We are inviting applications for the role of an HR Coordinator in Houston, Texas. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the Human Resources function of a telecom provider. The HR Coordinator will be instrumental in handling various HR-related tasks, including managing ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and HRMS systems, among others.
Responsibilities
• Assisting in the administration of compensation and benefit functions
• Conducting background checks as part of the recruitment process
• Coordinating with various departments to streamline HR processes
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures within the organization
• Utilizing HRMS and About Time for efficient HR management
• Handling queries related to HR policies and procedures
• Assisting in the administration of ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing
• Using ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient recruitment processes
• Using Ceridian for efficient HR data management
• Performing other HR-related tasks as required. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now software
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS systems
• Knowledge of About Time software
• Experience conducting Background Checks
• Understanding of Benefit Functions in a human resources setting
• Experience with Compensation Administration
• Strong understanding of Compliance in human resources
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field would be preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
