Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator in Houston, Texas. The job function revolves around providing administrative support in the Human Resources department within the financial services industry. The role is primarily office-based and requires a high level of organization and detail-orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of applicant screening and prescreening to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Conduct regular auditing of HR processes and procedures to maintain accuracy and integrity.

• Handle background checks for potential employees in line with company policy.

• Oversee calendar management for HR-related events and meetings.

• Facilitate job postings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

• Utilize Paylocity for processing payroll and other HR management functions.

• Perform data entry tasks related to employee records and HR processes.

• Manage compliance with HR policies and regulations within the organization.

• Coordinate timely responses to customer inquiries related to HR.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications. Requirements • Proficiency in using the 'About Time' software for effective time management and task scheduling

• Ability to conduct thorough auditing processes to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations

• Experience in conducting background checks to verify the information provided by job applicants

• Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to human resources and employment laws

• Expertise in applicant screening and prescreening to shortlist potential candidates for various job roles

• Excellent calendar management and calendaring skills to organize and schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR events

• Ability to create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract potential candidates

• Familiarity with 'Paylocity' software for efficient management of payroll and human resources information

• Strong data entry skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
