Description
We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in the Professional Services industry, located in Houston, Texas. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex employee relations, overseeing the talent acquisition process, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a vibrant corporate culture.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, industry standards, and company policies to avoid legal issues and maintain a fair workplace.
• Develop and oversee employee benefits and wellness programs to promote employee satisfaction and well-being.
• Lead performance management initiatives to drive high performance and productivity among team members.
• Manage workplace disputes and conduct investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Utilize Human Resources Management System (HRMS) for efficient management of employee data and processes.
• Uphold effective communication within the team and across the organization, ensuring transparency and clarity in all HR processes.
• Administer compliance and benefit functions to meet regulatory requirements and employee needs.
• Foster a proactive approach in handling employee relations to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources management role
• Proficiency in managing benefit functions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Experience in developing and implementing hiring processes
• Knowledge of Human Resources Administration best practices
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and their applications in the workplace
• Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
