Shad and his team at Robert Half is working with an upstream oil and gas client looking to staff a JIB Manager with a Flex on Title for a candidate that will work hybrid in the energy corridor. This Role reporting to dynamic and supportive leadership team is looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 10 plus year’s experience with 5 plus year’s supervisor experience, must have experience with onshore operated assets in the JIB space working through the JIB life cycle. Company's compensation make up is base salary, bonus potential, equity potential, benefits, hybrid work model and a 9/80 work model.
