Description We are looking for an Assistant Litigation Support Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. The role involves managing litigation support activities in the legal industry. The individual will be responsible for handling various aspects of personal injury litigation and civil litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate litigation support activities, including personal injury plaintiff side litigation

• Handle trial preparations and assist in trial proceedings

• Gain expertise in both Texas and Federal litigation processes

• Maintain an updated knowledge of personal injury law and apply this knowledge in litigation support

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient case management

• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents

• Handle communications with clients, attorneys, courts, and other stakeholders in litigation cases

• Utilize various litigation support software and tools effectively

• Follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal regulations

• Continually enhance skills and knowledge in the field of litigation support through continuous learning and development. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or related legal environment.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Personal Injury Law, and Personal Injury Plaintiffs.

• Ability to manage and support litigation processes and provide comprehensive assistance to legal teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with legal teams and clients.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate legal documents and case data.

• Proficiency in using legal software for case management and other litigation support tasks.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field is required.

• Must have a license to practice law in the hiring state.

• Willingness to continue learning and adapt to new litigation processes and technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex litigation issues efficiently.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously.
