Description We are seeking a Manager of Benefits to join our team, based in Houston, Texas. This role is central to our team's operations, managing benefits for over 800 employees and collaborating with brokers for recommendations, enhancements, cost savings, and tracking costs. This role also involves educating employees on benefits and managing all benefit compliance, reporting, and invoicing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee management of all benefits, ensuring efficient administration and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with brokers to make recommendations for benefit enhancements and cost savings.

• Lead the education of employees on benefit plans and offerings to ensure appropriate usage.

• Analyze benefit data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Manage all benefit compliance, reporting, and invoicing processes.

• Oversee the administration of retirement plans, ensuring they meet the needs of employees.

• Utilize Excel pivot tables and v-lookups for data analysis and reporting.

• Leverage skills in Benefit Functions, Claim Administration, Cobra Administration, Compliance, Dental Benefits, Benefits Design, Compensation & Benefits, Competitive Benefits Package, Benefits Coordination, Benefits Analysis, Retirement Benefits, Medical Benefits, and Management. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in managing a variety of benefit functions.

• Proficient in claim administration and cobra administration.

• Strong understanding of compliance related to benefits and compensation.

• Experience in dental benefits and benefits design.

• Familiarity with compensation and benefits strategies.

• Ability to develop and implement competitive benefits packages.

• Experience in benefits coordination and benefits analysis.

• Knowledge of retirement benefits and medical benefits.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and prior management experience.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to use relevant software and tools for benefits management.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to make informed decisions based on data and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
